📌 1. Project Overview

4Vcare is a mobile-first car servicing and repair aggregator aimed at making car care accessible, affordable, and transparent across Tier-2 cities like Jaipur, Sikar, and Jhunjhunu. I founded and led this project to solve the fragmented and overpriced local car repair experience while integrating a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment model for high-value repairs.

🧠 2. Problem Statement

  • Car owners in Tier-2 cities struggle with inconsistent car servicing, unclear pricing, and a lack of trust in local vendors.

  • Customers often delay repairs due to upfront costs.

  • Workshops struggle with lead generation and retention.


🎯 3. Goals & Objectives

  • Build a reliable car service aggregator platform (mobile-first).

  • Integrate BNPL to ease high-cost repairs.

  • Acquire 50+ vendor partners in Jaipur.

  • Launch MVP with core modules: service booking, vendor selection, payments.

  • Achieve 1,000+ users in the first 3 months post-launch.
